This is saying that in order for groups to be safe together over 80% of  people have to be immune to this virus and if you have not had the virus already the only other  way to be immune it to get the vaccine. Since Maryland has started stage one of the Roadmap to Recovery restaurants are making changes to accommodate the six feet rule. Fish Tales which is located in Ocean City, Maryland released a new type of table that allows people to go outside and eat. This table has a spot in the center for the  customer to sit and a rubber barrier like outside that keeps people six feet away at all times. These  tables also have wheels on them so it is easy to get around. Although Fish Tales has these new  tables  they are also open for take out and delivery 7 days a week.
